Job summary

IsoTalent seeks a skilled CNC Operator to join the manufacturing production team onsite in Superior, WI. Openings exist on 2nd and 3rd shifts for operators at all experience levels, from proficient operators to expert CNC router specialists.

You will run 3-axis CNC routers, perform setup and maintenance, conduct quality checks, and ensure accurate labor tracking while communicating with leads and teammates to keep production on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on CNC operating experience, ideally on 3-axis CNC routers.
• Able to read and understand part prints and work orders.
• Available to commit to the assigned shift: 2nd Mon–Fri 4pm–12:30am or 3rd Sun–Thurs 12am–8:30am.
• Meets physical requirements: lift 50 lbs, stand up to 12 hours, in hot/cold/noisy environments.
• Quality inspection skills using measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3-axis CNC routers efficiently and safely.
• Read and interpret part prints, files, and work orders.
• Perform basic machine maintenance at shift start and report issues.
• Troubleshoot machines by ejecting tools, resetting machines, and clearing alarms.
• Perform part inspections and QC checks using measuring tools.
