Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a machinist to support a Defense cell operating a CNC Cylindrical Grinder and a CNC Thread Grinder. You will grind rotors, inspect features, and ensure quality per drawings, while maintaining safety and clean work practices.

Requirements include 1–3 years machining experience and a HS Diploma; a technical machining degree is a plus. Responsibilities include setup, measurement, deburring, and paperwork completion on a multi-machine environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow detailed instructions.
• Use precision measuring equipment to inspect rotors.
• HS Diploma or technical machining training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC OD grinder and CNC thread grinder.
• Semi and finish grind rotors and threads to size and finish.
• Inspect sizes, lengths, finishes, radii, etc.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping, fill out paperwork.
