Job summary

MIRATECH in Houston is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support service center and warehouse operations. You will operate manufacturing equipment, including CNC roller, and organize materials with a forklift to ensure smooth production and order fulfillment.

You will participate in material preparation, follow safety protocols, and perform other duties as assigned. The role requires teamwork, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to use welding equipment and related tools safely.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibility:

Support MIRATECH customers with work in our service center and warehouse. Operating equipment and support product creation and order fulfillment.

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

What You'll Do:

• Operate manufacturing equipment, especially CNC roller
• Organize materials using the forklift to transport them
• Material preparation
• Other duties as assigned

What Qualifies You:

• High School Diploma
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to use welding equipment and related tools effectively and safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with a team lift.

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience in Fabrication
• Prior experience operating forklifts
• Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment, especially shears

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift
