Aufgaben

• Set up and operate CNC plate roll machines for carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy plates.
• Roll plates into shells, cylinders, and cones to specified diameters and tolerances.
• Load and secure plate material using overhead cranes and lifting devices.
• Read blueprints and CNC programs and adjust parameters as needed.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping.
• Complete production reports and travelers accurately.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
