Job summary

Alinabal, LLC in Milford, CT is seeking a CNC Milling Rod Form Specialist for a temp-to-perm 2nd shift. You will set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to produce rod-formed components with tight tolerances.

Expect collaboration with engineering and quality teams to optimize processes. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and GD&T, inspecting parts with precision gauges, and performing routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience operating CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture rod-formed components per specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to ensure accurate machining.
• Monitor operations and adjust as needed to prevent deviations.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges for quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality inspectors to improve processes.
• Maintain production records including machine settings and quality checks.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with training other operators as needed.
• Perform other duties to support manufacturing objectives.
