Job summary

Bosch USA in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Production Technician to work closely with engineers and manufacturing teams. You will train new associates, help keep multiple machines running, and assist with setup, quality checks, and 5S practices in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires ability to read production orders, work across shifts, and handle physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs. Experience with HMI/CNC interfaces and robotics is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical/vocational schooling a plus.
• Experience with metalworking manufacturing or machinery environments preferred.
• Ability to learn new processes, machines, and technology.
• Experience with operating and setting up machinery and measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Train with engineers and serve as interface between engineering and manufacturing.
• Sign off on new production associates and provide timely feedback.
• Keep machines running and assist deviations; cover for absences in different areas as needed.
• Load/unload, operate, adjust, change-over, and maintain multiple machines; perform quality checks.
