Job summary

Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is seeking skilled maintenance technicians to troubleshoot, service, and repair state-of-the-art automated equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Lincolnton, NC. You will work on automatic CNC machinery, robotics, and automated lines, ensuring high reliability and uptime.

Ideal candidates have several years in manufacturing with control systems, PLCs, and robots, and can program HMIs and servo controllers.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in manufacturing with control systems, PLCs, CNCs, robots, HMIs.
• Knowledge of prints, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Experience with machine communications and LAN components.
• Ability to work safely in electrical control panels and 3-phase 480V and lower.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Prior robot operation training is a plus (certificate required to operate robots).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and repair automatic, robotic, and CNC machinery.
• Maintain automated paint lines, presses, welders, CNC grinders, and robots.
• Support PLC, HMI programming and servo controllers.
• Robot programming and jogging/fine-tuning Fanuc/Denso robots.
• Plan controls installation, diagnose electrical problems, and replace parts.
• Prepare wiring diagrams and perform mechanical repairs as needed.
• Contribute to daily continuous improvement activities.
• Log work in SAP work order system.
