Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated, at the Dodge facility in Greenville, SC, is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician (11:00 pm – 7:00 am, Sunday–Thursday) to join a dynamic manufacturing team. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and requires 2–4 years of maintenance experience or an associate degree in Mechatronics, plus CNC maintenance know-how and strong communication skills.

Compensation ranges from $30.66–$37.55 per hour after a year of satisfactory performance.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of maintenance experience or an associate degree in Mechatronics.
• CNC maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical drawings.
• US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on CNC, production and building equipment.
• Perform breakdown maintenance on CNC equipment and diagnose/repair parts.
• Interpret drawings for breakdown diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems on CNC tools including hydraulics and electronics.
• Maintain positive relationships across Greenville Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Coordinate and prioritize work to meet production schedules.
• Document maintenance issues and actions taken during breakdowns and PM.
• Operate equipment including forklift and lifts.
• Work in a team aligned with the code of conduct.
