Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Programmable Operator in Clare, MI to support manufacturing operations. You will program, setup, and operate CNC machines and a robotic welder while ensuring quality and inventory accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of related experience or coursework. You will work on 2nd or 3rd shift, with overtime possible, and collaborate with Team Leaders and the Engineering Programmer to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years experience or related coursework in machinery preferred.
• Experience/knowledge of blueprint reading, AutoCAD, CNC programming, thermal cutting machinery, welding helpful.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, operate CNC machines and robotic welder.
• Inspect materials and ensure quality, label and track inventory.
• Verify material details and use calipers/micrometers to check accuracy.
• Complete PM inspections and document downtime and labor.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Engineering Programmer to resolve issues.
