Job summary

nVent is seeking personnel to operate CNC machines and participate in fabrication processes. The role includes loading materials, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace on a production line.

The candidate should be able to read drawings, use basic measuring tools, and work overtime as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, with willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating CNC machines and performing inspections is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and use basic measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts.
• Load and unload materials onto the machine.
• Detect malfunctions and report issues.
• Handle parts and move them to racks, skids, or shelves.
• Coordinate with coworkers on production runs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform standard machine shop operations.
• Report defective materials or irregular conditions to supervisor.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
