ESS Metron is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Punch Operator to join our Denver area manufacturing team. You will operate the TRUMPF Punch, cut sheet metal from 18ga to 11ga, and produce standard parts, specials, and templates for production.
You will set up tooling, verify material gauge and finish per work orders and quality specs, and enter production data into our system. The role requires 2+ years of CNC punching experience, ability to read prints, good shop math, and teamwork.

Operate TRUMPF Punch, cutting sheet metal from 18ga to 11ga, into standard products to include all specials, small parts, and templates needed by production teams. Setup and maintain the tooling needed to complete work orders. Ensure material gauge and surface finish of all products reflect those called out on work orders, shop drawings, and applicable quality specifications. Enter completed quantities into the company data system. Label and stack finished goods for further processing. Operator may be asked to complete other fabrication duties as assigned.
