You bring a state Journeyman Tool and Die Maker certification, 6–10 years of toolmaking experience, and strong GD&T knowledge. Proficiency with Mastercam, SolidWorks, Creo, and CMM is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Tool and Die Maker Journeyman (State certification).
• Prefer 6 years in a product development environment.
• Prefer 10 years of toolmaking in precision manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to high-quality products.
• Experience with measuring equipment (Micro Height, Calipers, Comparator, CMM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide machining services in support of Product Design Engineering projects across Colt firearm products and accessories.
• Perform prototype fabrication in the Model Shop from CAD drawings and design specs.
• Collaborate with engineers to provide feedback during prototyping.
• Determine tool, material, and fixture selection for applications.
• Support testing activities through measurement and data logging as assigned.
