Job summary

Jobot is seeking a CNC Programmer to support laser fabrication operations for architectural metal products. The role focuses on creating nest files for Trumpf laser systems, editing DXF files, and collaborating with laser and press brake teams to ensure parts are production-ready.

The ideal candidate has CNC programming experience in metal fabrication, familiarity with DXF editing and nesting software, and a background in architectural metals or precision fabrication.

Qualifications

• CNC programming in metal fabrication environments.
• Trumpf laser programming experience preferred.
• DXF editing and nesting software experience.
• Background in architectural metals or precision fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize laser nest programs for Trumpf equipment.
• Modify and update DXF files for fabrication readiness.
• Collaborate with Laser and Press Brake teams on production flow.
• Review drawings and flat patterns to improve cutting efficiency.
• Support fabrication of custom architectural metal products.
