Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a CNC Technician for our Allenton, WI location. This on-site, full-time role supports CNC machining operations on the first shift (7am-3pm or 6am-2pm). Base pay is determined by skills, experience, and market considerations.

Responsibilities include CNC programming, setup, training, tooling orders, and thorough documentation in line with QMS and OSHA guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication, the ability to read shop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to read and interpret general shop paperwork and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs and software (G-Code, CAM) as required.
• Complete setup of CNC jobs with fixtures and tooling.
• Train employees to set up and program CNC machines.
• Order perishable tooling for CNC machines.
• Approve CNC machine setups and document setups and processes.
• Attend Technical Team meetings and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow QMS requirements and OSHA guidelines.
