Qualifications

• Experience in CNC programming and setup required.
• Ability to read blueprints and machining specifications.
• Knowledge of G-code, tooling, machine offsets and machining processes.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs.
• Set up and operate CNC machines.
• Read blueprints and specifications; adjust tooling, speeds and feeds.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments.
