Job summary

Century Arms Florida, located in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Process Engineer with Mastercam to support our precision machining operation. This hands-on role develops, optimizes, and maintains CNC programs while improving processes.

You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Production, Quality, and CNC Setup Technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable machining across high-mix, low- to medium-volume production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing professional with extensive CNC machining knowledge.
• Experience with Mastercam and G-code troubleshooting.
• Ability to develop repeatable, efficient manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Program 3-axis and multi-axis CNC machining centers.
• Generate efficient toolpaths from CAD models and GD&T requirements.
• Edit and troubleshoot G-code when necessary.
• Maintain revision control of CNC programs, setup sheets, tooling lists, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to develop fixtures and tooling.
