Job summary

Lawrence Equipment, Inc. seeks a skilled CNC Programmer to advance milling and turning processes at the El Monte HQ. You will program CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure precision and quality in produced components.

The role requires experience with Fanuc controls, lean manufacturing, and collaboration with engineering to optimize processes. Training junior staff is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven CNC programming experience with Fanuc systems.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices preferred.
• Experience with Inventor CAM, Fusion 360, Mastercam X9 required.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC mill and lathe machines to produce components per specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Utilize Fanuc controls for CNC programming and operation.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment regularly.
