Responsibilities

• Optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and machining operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and specifications.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and machining processes to meet specs.
• Perform program prove-outs and adjust for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain program documentation and revision control.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and increase productivity.
