Job summary

Plansee USA LLC in Franklin, USA, seeks an experienced CNC/MFG engineering professional to program and optimize machining processes for hard metals like molybdenum and tungsten. You will create 3D models, drawings and documentation to support production and inspection.

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensure ISO compliance, and drive process improvements to meet schedules and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting CNC programs with Okuma experience preferred.
• Strong background in precision machining with molybdenum or tungsten is a plus.
• Experience with CAD/CAM and PLM tools in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify and verify CNC programs for manufactured products.
• Develop 3D solid models and technical drawings for programming and inspection.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure ISO compliance and document control across processes.
• Interface with shop floor, sales and customers to define specs.
