Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in G-code programming and CNC machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• SolidWorks CAD interpretation for tool paths and machining strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and optimize G-code programs for CNC machines (Punch and Press Breaks).
• Interpret and modify SolidWorks CAD models to create tool paths and machining strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability and design intent.
• Set up and test CNC programs on machines, making adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain documentation for CNC programs and tooling setups.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in machining and programming.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
