Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a machining environment with hands-on operation of CNC equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, fabrication, tooling setup, and materials handling.
• Familiarity with CNC programming languages such as G-code or M-code; experience with CAM programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines such as CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Set up and calibrate machinery using blueprints and GD&T.
• Program CNC equipment utilizing Haas and Fanuc controls.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions.
• Handle materials safely in the warehouse environment.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols.
• Support quality control processes by inspecting parts.
