Plastics Family Americas, at its Northeast Plastics Bensalem location, seeks a CNC Programmer/Operator to program 3-axis CNC equipment and routers, perform in-process checks, and mentor newer operators. The role blends programming with hands-on machining, quality checks, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• CAD drawing experience.
• CNC router experience.
• Strong math skills (geometry/trigonometry) for programming.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• High level of honesty and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Program 3-axis CNC equipment and CNC routers for part construction and geometry.
• Select cutting tools, tool paths, speeds, and feeds for each job.
• Assist in training CNC operators and validate NC programs.
• Plan machining by studying work orders, materials, specifications, and tolerances.
• Set zero/references, offsets, and prove out programs using math and geometry.
• Verify part accuracy using inspection processes and measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions, adjust/reprogram controls, and perform PM.
