Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate blueprints and planning into toolpaths and operations.
• Program mills and lathes; establish references; calculate dimensions.
• Set up equipment; install tooling and workholding; align components.
• Load feed mechanism and position raw material safely.
• Machine to spec; detect issues; reprogram controls; maintain tooling.
• Perform first article inspections with micrometers and calipers.
• Complete preventive maintenance; coordinate repairs as needed.
• Document production activity and quality results in logs.
