Qualifications

• Experience in CNC programming within manufacturing.
• Strong CAD/CAM and G-code proficiency.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with CNC setup, operation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines per specifications.
• Interpret drawings to determine machining steps.
• Select tooling and fixtures for quality production.
• Monitor processes and perform adjustments as needed.
• Conduct inspections and maintain quality output.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve manufacturability.
• Maintain documentation of settings and maintenance logs.
• Uphold safety guidelines in the workplace.
