Job summary

Job Juncture partners with an amazing manufacturer in Grove City, OH on their search for an experienced CNC Programmer. The role focuses on MasterCam programming for complex 4- and 5-axis HMCs/VMCs, optimizing cycles, and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will read blueprints and GD&T, select tooling, workholding, and post-process adjustments, and collaborate with machinists and engineers to validate programs on the shop floor. This onsite position follows a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience reading blueprints, 3D CAD models and GD&T.
• 3+ years as CNC Programmer using MasterCam or equivalent.
• Broad knowledge of CNC machines, tooling and workholding; Fanuc experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprint drawings, CAD models and GD&T requirements to determine machining strategies.
• Select tooling, cutting parameters, and workholding to improve accuracy and cycle times.
• Drive toolpath optimization and programming standards to improve production.
• Create and optimize CNC programs for 4- and 5-axis HMCs/VMCs.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers and production leadership to validate programs.
• Conduct test runs, troubleshoot, and adjust post-processors as needed.
• Maintain program documentation and file management.
• Assist with fixture design to enhance manufacturability and repeatability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
