Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC programming experience required.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Creo, Windchill, Vericut).
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for mills and multi-axis machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Select tooling, cutting methods, and machine parameters.
• Set up and prove out new programs on CNC equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams.
• Ensure programs meet quality standards and documentation.
