A growing, industry-leading manufacturer in Huntersville, NC, is seeking a CNC Multi-Axis Programmer to support advanced machining operations in a precision environment. You will work with Siemens NX CAM on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis programs, develop tooling and setup sheets, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve cycle times and part quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining.
• Proficiency with Siemens NX CAM.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
• Experience optimizing machining processes and tooling strategies

Responsibilities

• Program and optimize CNC machining operations using Siemens NX CAM.
• Develop tooling, setup sheets, and manufacturing documentation.
• Support new product launches, first-piece validations, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times, quality, and efficiency.
