Job summary

Qualifications

• CAD/CAM experience required.
• Strong programming background.
• Strong mathematical aptitude in trig and geometry.
• Metallurgical knowledge a plus.
• CNC technical degree with 2–3 years programming and machining experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Cohesively work with all supervisors to train machinists, providing them with a full understanding of machine diagnostics and best practices.
• Partner with the machinist to troubleshoot programs, tooling, and quality issues to gain understanding of the limitations of production.
