Job summary

Eis is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to support production by developing precise CNC programs for parts and fixtures using Mastercam. You will troubleshoot on the shop floor, adjust programs in real time, and minimize downtime to meet daily targets.

You will collaborate with engineers to optimize manufacturability, conduct simulations, document processes, and train production staff on CNC programs, setups, and fixtures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Mastercam and comfort with G-code programming.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs using Mastercam for parts and fixtures to support production.
• Troubleshoot and adjust CNC programs on the shop floor to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize programs for manufacturability.
• Conduct simulations and testing of CNC programs prior to production.
• Document programming processes and train staff on setups and fixtures.
