Job summary

Rice Lake Weighing Systems in Rice Lake, WI is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. You will create robust CNC programs using MasterCam, develop fixture designs, and mentor operators. This role requires 2+ years CNC operation and setup, with on-site work and collaboration across departments to drive lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years in CNC operation.
• Two (2) or more years of CNC setup experience.
• Successfully complete training on current offline programming software (MasterCam).
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Documentation of tooling and setup sheets in Company systems.
• Provide robust CNC programs using latest machining techniques and proper tooling for mills and lathes.
• Develop fixture design and processes for production parts.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure Design For Excellence (DFX) principles are applied.
• Communicate with peers in manufacturing and management meetings.
