Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MasterCAM or equivalent software.
• Experience in fixture design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using MasterCAM for various machines to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Design and implement custom fixtures to hold workpieces during machining operations.
• Collaborate with the production team and engineers to determine optimal machining strategies and sequences.
• Perform regular testing and inspection of CNC programs to ensure they meet design specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machining.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Ensure all CNC machines are operating at peak performance and that routine maintenance is carried out.
• Provide training and support to machine operators and other staff as needed.
