Protocase Inc. is seeking a hands-on CNC Manufacturing Support Specialist in Wilmington, NC. You will connect CNC Production with Engineering & Design Services, troubleshoot floor issues, and implement hot fixes to keep production moving while upholding quality and standards.

You will review drawings, prepare CNC code and setup instructions, and pursue practical process improvements. The role requires 3+ years in CNC environments and on-site work in Wilmington.

Competenze

• 3+ years CNC machining, programming or related experience.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC machining and production issues.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints and docs.
• Capable of solving technical manufacturing problems independently.

Mansioni

• Support CNC Machining with programming, build-sheets and manufacturing issues.
• Assess problems and decide if immediate fix is possible or escalation needed.
• Perform complete fixes and document actions taken.
• Escalate complex issues to Leads, programmers or engineers.
• Submit NCRs and maintain records of issues and corrective actions.
• Create, modify and troubleshoot CNC mill/lathe programs.
