Will-Mor Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Programming Engineer to join our growing team!

Will-Mor Manufacturing is a fast-paced and expanding precision CNC manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts for the defense and aerospace industries. We pride ourselves on supporting our warfighters, with many of our products in jet engines worldwide. Established in 1952, we have become a trusted supplier for many of the country’s largest OEMs. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add motivated team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Programming 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC lathes (including live tooling).
• Fixture and tool design.
• Create and define manufacturing processes.
• Develop 2D process drawings, work instructions, tool lists, operation sheets, and shop floor inspection methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and assist setup personnel with complex prototypes and production parts.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC programming.
• Proficiency with the latest revision of CAD/CAM software (NX).
• At least 5 years of experience in CNC machining of complex parts.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills & thorough understanding of GD&T.
• Experience with metrology tools and inspection processes.
• G-code programming experience at the machine control.
• Strong communication, math skills, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, flexible, reliable, and dependable.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor and respect for others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Willingness to help others and work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in both office and machine shop environments.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
• Must meet ITAR requirements.
