Job summary

Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to support contract manufacturing operations, from single components to assemblies. The role is open on 2nd and 3rd shift, with a base pay range of $18.00–$30.00 per hour plus shift premiums.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, setting up CNC equipment, and maintaining organized documentation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions based on trends and intuition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment using product data to produce die components per instructions.
• Interpret blueprints of products, dies, and checking fixtures to understand shape, mechanical structure, and tool/fixture operation.
• Document work in an organized fashion, with data and tool files stored per Plant Manager instructions.
• Request materials and resources with lead time to maintain the planned schedule.
• Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, saws, drill presses) safely to minimize waste.
• Set up and safely operate CNC equipment following detailed ATL offset instructions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
