Job summary

Betallic L.L.C. is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist who can independently program, set up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC equipment from engineering drawing through final inspection.

You will own parts from start to finish on mills, lathes and machining centers in a fast-paced shop. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC machining experience, strong Mastercam (or equivalent CAM) skills, GD&T knowledge, blueprint reading ability, and proven problem-solving for tooling and cycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience with programming experience.
• Proficiency in Mastercam or equivalent CAM software.
• Advanced knowledge of GD&T, blueprints and inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Program parts and edit CNC programs using Mastercam or equivalent CAM software.
• Set up machines, select tooling, fixtures, and perform production setups.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust CNC mills, lathes and machining centers.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers and CMM against drawings and GD&T.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues to maintain quality.
• Identify process improvements to enhance throughput and efficiency.
