Job summary

JBT Marel Corporation is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to create and modify CNC programs and operator instructions for tooling production, and to prepare programs for spare parts and machine orders.

Responsibilities include data entry into the PRONET ERP system, logging work progress accurately, and collaborating with the design team on machinability. You will support SQDC reporting and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman’s license in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating a CNC machine with vertical or horizontal centers.
• Experience using CNC programming software.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Create new CNC programs and operator instructions for tooling production.
• Create CNC programs for spares and machines orders.
• Update/modify existing CNC programs to meet current standards.
• Input manufacturing data into PRONET ERP and maintain work logs.
• Collaborate with design team on machinability of components.
• Ensure CNC programming check sheets are completed with screenshots.
• Troubleshoot production issues with CNC team.
• Participate in SQDC reporting and RCIs to improve processes.
