Job summary

Centillion Infotech LLC is seeking a CNC Programmer or Machinist/CNC Machine Programmer in Ogden, UT to support programming and machine setup for multi-axis mills and lathes. You will ensure parts meet dimensional specs and throughput goals are achieved.

Responsibilities include writing and reviewing G-code, selecting tooling and offsets, and coordinating with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to optimize setups and processes. CAM platform experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CNC programming knowledge and ability to create and modify NC programs.
• Familiarity with tooling, speeds/feeds and machine sequencing.
• Understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNC programming support for machining parts and tools on CNC machine tools.
• Ensure parts conform to dimensional specifications and throughput goals are met.
• Collaborate with CNC Programmers, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Leadership and selected contractors/vendors.

Position Summary:

Provides CNC programming support for machining parts & tools on numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools. Ensures parts conform to dimensional specifications and equipment achieves throughput efficiency. Works closely with CNC Programmers, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Leadership and select contractors / vendors. Specific areas of emphasis will include, but not limited to Multi-Axis Mills and Lathes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge and proficiency in key numerical control programming principles, concepts, and techniques.
• Fundamental knowledge of CNC programming language.
• Knowledge of N/C tooling, proper speeds and feeds for the material to be machined and proper machine sequences.
• General knowledge of aerospace industry and machine shop operations.
