Rock Exotica, based in Utah, is seeking a CNC Programmer/Machinist to lead programming, tooling design, and process verification for mills and lathes. The role requires in-depth CNC knowledge, CAD/CAM programming, and fixture design to meet production goals.
You will train staff, collaborate with engineers, and drive continuous improvement in the machine shop while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Day Shift 6:00 am - 2:30pm Monday -Friday; Signing Bonus $2,000 at one year of employment. (On-Site)
The CNC Programmer / Machinist is responsible for machine programming, tooling design and fabrication, process verification, and training staff for setup and running of CNC mills and lathes to meet company production goals. This role requires in-depth knowledge of CNC machines, CAD & CAM programming, tools, dies and fixtures.
Working Conditions: Work is performed in a manufacturing facility, with CNC & manual machines tools, drill presses, metal cutting, and other industrial equipment. The employee is regularly exposed to vibrations. Noise levels fluctuate from moderate to high requiring ear protection. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must wear appropriate personal safety protection equipment. This equipment will vary based upon the work location and type of work being performed but often will include safety glasses, closed-toed/heeled shoes, and sometimes may include protective clothing.
