Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist for custom contract manufacturing. Open on 2nd and 3rd shift, offering competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating CNC equipment, and ensuring data-driven, precise production. Strong problem-solving skills and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming.
• Ability to make decisions based on data trends and intuition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment using product data to produce die components.
• Interpret blueprints of products, dies, and checking fixtures to understand shape, mechanical structure, and tool and checking method operation.
• Document work in an organized fashion, with data and tool files stored in an organized directory tree per Plant Manager instructions.
• Request materials and resources with sufficient lead time to maintain the planned schedule.
• Set up and operate machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, saws, and drill presses, in a safe manner that minimizes waste.
• Set up and safely operate CNC equipment, following a detailed instruction list for correct ATL offsets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
