Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to support custom contract manufacturing, from single components to OEM parts and subassemblies. The role is open on 2nd and 3rd shift.

Operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, set up machines, and document work while coordinating with material planning to meet schedules. Competitive hourly pay with shift premiums, comprehensive benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least two years of CNC machining or programming experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tooling needs.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient with data analysis and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment using product data to produce components per instructions.
• Interpret blueprints of products, dies, and fixtures to understand shape and tooling.
• Document work in an organized fashion with stored data and tool files.
• Request materials with sufficient lead time to maintain schedule.
• Set up and operate machines (lathes, mills, grinders, drills) safely.
