Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC seeks an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Nebraska. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $30.00 per hour, with $2.00 and $1.50 shift premiums. Weekly pay and a robust benefits package are included.

You will operate CNC machines, read blueprints, set up tooling, and document work files. A minimum of two years in machining or CNC programming is required, along with strong problem-solving and mathematical skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of machining, CNC programming, or methodizing experience.
• Ability to make decisions based on data trends and intuition.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Troubleshooting mechanical or logistical issues.
• Good computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment using product data to produce die components per instructions.
• Interpret blueprints to understand shape, mechanical structure, and tool/checking methods.
• Document work in an organized fashion with data and tool files.
• Request materials with lead time to maintain the schedule.
• Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, saws, drills) safely.
• Set up and safely operate CNC equipment following ATL offsets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
