Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $30.00 per hour, with shift premiums of $2.00 on 2nd shift and $1.50 on 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming.
• Ability to make decisions based on data trends and intuition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment using product data to produce die components.
• Interpret blueprints to understand shape, structure, and tool operation.
• Document work in an organized directory structure per instructions.
• Request materials with lead time to maintain the schedule.
• Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, drills) safely.
