Frasal Tool Co. in Newington, CT is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist for milling and turning on a full-time, in-person basis.
This role focuses on low-volume, prototype tooling work rather than high-volume production. You will read blueprints, program, set up, and operate CNC centres, create CNC programs with Mastercam or similar CAM software, and ensure GD&T tolerances while collaborating with Engineering and Quality.

This is NOT an entry-level position. A minimum of 5 years of metalworking/CNC experience is required.
The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an experienced machinist who enjoys complex, low-volume work rather than repetitive production machining. Parts are typically prototypes or quantities ranging from one to a few pieces.
You will work independently and take projects from programming and setup through machining and inspection, while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Management, and other Machinists.
