Job summary

Staff Source is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer in East Chicago, IN for 1st shift with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $25.00+ per hour, with PPE provided and boot reimbursement.

You will write and optimize CNC programs, interpret blueprints, determine speeds/feeds, and set up machines to produce quality parts. Strong troubleshooting and CAD/CAM skills with SolidWorks and Fusion are required, plus ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience programming CNC machines on Mazak, Haas, and Milltronics.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Fusion).
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of speeds, feeds, tooling, and materials.

Are you an experienced CNC Programmer looking for a new opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? Our client in East Chicago, IN is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join their team. This is a 1st shift, full time position with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $25.00+/hr depending on experience. PPE will be provided along with reimbursement for steel toe boots.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous CNC programming experience (MAZAK, HAAS, and Milltronics machines)
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, and Fusion)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of CNC speeds, feeds, tooling, and materials
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with 3D modeling and CAD software (preferred)
• Work independently, and with a team
• Background check and drug test
• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
