Orchid Orthopedic Solutions in Michigan is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to write and optimize CNC programs, using Unigraphics and MasterCAM for complex multi-axis parts. The role focuses on efficient toolpath development, model modification, and process stability to support high-quality orthopedic implants on site.

You will develop manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and design fixtures in SolidWorks while ensuring part quality and repeatability in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience programming, tooling, and operating manual and CNC equipment.
• Blueprint reading and CAD proficiency required.
• Multi-axis machining experience essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and design fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Generate efficient toolpaths from CAD models.
• Modify models to create stable toolpaths.
• Develop repeatable manufacturing processes.
