Job summary

JARP Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join the 1st shift on site. The role involves developing and programming CNC processes for parts, with a 32.00–36.50/hour pay range and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate has vocational/technical training or 2 years of equivalent experience, and will write programs, determine processes from drawings, run simulations, and create setup sheets to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Programming education from a vocational/technical school or 2 years of equivalent experience
• Experience writing CNC programs for parts from drawings
• Knowledge of CAM software and tooling selection

Responsibilities

• Write machining programs for new parts
• Maintain routings for current machines
• Determine machining processes from drawings
• Write CAM-based programs for parts
• Select tools, speeds and feeds per specs
• Run simulation tests
• Create setup sheets for programmed parts
• Evaluate programs for improvements in code
• Review ECNs for potential changes
