Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to design, write, and optimize programs for milling centers. The role requires 3–5 years of CNC programming experience, strong blueprint and GD&T interpretation, and proficiency with CAM software such as Mastercam and Esprit.

The candidate will set up tooling, fixtures, and offsets, verify first-run parts, maintain logs, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in a dynamic shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of CNC programming/setup experience.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with CAM programming and offline verification.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders and specs to perform calculations and set up CNC programs.
• Write or modify CAM programs and load to machine controllers.
• Set up tooling, offsets, and fixtures for milling operations.
• Verify part accuracy and maintain quality logs.
• Ensure safe operations and perform preventive maintenance.
