Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• 2+ years of CNC programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Use Esprit CAM to program G-Code for Okuma mill-turn lathes.
• Optimize complex, multi-axis programs.
• Set-up and operate programs on lathes and mills.
• Analyze piece parts for DFM and recommend changes.

Skills

CNC machining experience

CNC programming experience

Esprit CAM software proficiency

Knowledge of geometry, algebra, and trigonometry

Blueprint reading

Experience with multi-axis operations

Education

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
