Job summary

OBE is seeking a CNC Programmer to enter custom patterns into CAD for production and interpret sketches for CNC operators. You will assist with scheduling and report to the Fabrication Supervisor in a dynamic production environment.

The role requires AutoCAD training (2005 or later) with 2–4 years of experience, the ability to read drawings, and strong math skills. We value self-motivation and a detail-oriented mindset to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Auto-CAD Training Certificate with 2-4 years of work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and customer sketches.
• Ability to create and modify drawings in CAD/CAM software.
• Strong math and logical aptitude, especially fractions and decimals as units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Enter all custom patterns into the CAD system for production.
• Interpret and enter sketches to be produced by CNC Operators.
• Operate CAD/CAM system to generate production drawings.
• Support scheduling and report to Fabrication Supervisor.
