Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and perform shop math.

Responsibilities

• Develops, writes, and improves CNC programs for a variety of parts.
• Specifies tooling, design, and fixturing as needed.
• Creates operation sheets, programs, blueprints and setup sheets.
• Uses precision measuring tools to ensure accurate setups and finished work.
• Inspects work to ensure it meets specifications.
• Uses CAD/CAM systems for programming and drafting work.
• Works with business systems to pull and release jobs to manufacturing floor.
• Queries systems for design and process data.
